Tomato dosa

Ingredients:
Tomato - 2
Rice flour - 1 cup
Jeera - 1 spoon
Green chillies - 3
Onion - 1
Curry leaves - 10
Water
Salt

Procedure:
Grind the tomatoes and make a smooth puree of it.
Heat a pan and 1 spoon oil. Add jeera, onion, green chillies and curry leaves.
Stir fry for 5 mins and remove from heat.
Take a bowl and add the rice flour, tomato puree, water, above tempering and salt as per taste.
The batter consistency should be little thin.
Now heat the tawa and pour spoonful batter on to tawa.
Sprinkle little oil in the corners of dosa. Once the dosa is fried turn it to other side.
Remove from tawa when the other side is also done.
Now serve hot with your desired chutney :)
