Palak with urad dal

Ingredients:
Palak - 2 bunches
Soaked urad dal - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1
Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Water
Salt
Oil

Procedure:
Heat a vessel and oil in it.
Once the oil is heated add the ginger garlic paste and turmeric.
Stir fry for 2 mins. Now add the palak and saute for another minute.
Add soaked urad dal, tomato, red chilli powder, salt and 1 glass water.
Close the lid and cook until the dal is soft. 

Once the dal is cooked remove from heat.
