Ingredients:
Poha – 1 glass
Chana dal – 1 spoon
Peanuts – 1 spoon
Cumin seeds – ½ spoon
Mustard seeds – ½ spoon
Green chilli – 2
Grated ginger – ½ spoon
Turmeric – ½ spoon
Curry leaves – 15
Onion – 1
Lemon – 1/2
Salt
Oil
Procedure:
Soak the poha in a bowl with some water.
Heat a vessel and oil in it. Once oil is heated add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric, chana dal, green chillies, curry leaves and onion.
When the onion turns light brown add grated ginger and fry for sometime.
Now drain the water from poha and squeeze out excess water from it.
Add the poha to the mixture and fry for 5 mins.
Squeeze the lemon to it and add salt as per taste.
Mix properly and now remove from heat.
