Peas pulao

Ingredients:
Frozen green peas – 1 cup
Rice – 1 glass
Tomato – 1
Onion – 1
Cumin seeds – 1 spoon
Cashews - 10
Green chilli – 2
Red chilli powder – ½ spoon
Garam masala – ½ spoon
Ginger garlic paste – 1 spoon
Mint leaves – 2 spoons
Coriander leaves
Salt
Water
Oil

Procedure:
Heat a vessel and add oil. Once oil is heated add cumin seeds, onions and green chillies.
Add ginger garlic paste and add cashews. Fry for sometime.
Now add frozen green peas, tomato, mint leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
Cook for 5mins and add 1.5 glass of water.
Once the water is boiled add the washed rice.
Remove from heat once the rice is cooked properly.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
