Egg curry with coconut milk

Ingredients:
Egg - 1
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1
Turmeric - 1/2 spoon
Salt - as per taste
Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 spoon
Coconut milk - 2 spoons
Jeera - 1/2 spoon
Oil - 1 spoon

Procedure:
Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera once the oil is heated.
Once they splutter add onions. Once they turn ligth brown add ginger garlic paste and turmeric.
Then add tomatoes and coconut milk.
After they are half cooked add red chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder.
Cook for sometime and break the egg into it. Close the lid for sometime.
Once the egg is cooked remove from heat.

Egg curry with chapati.
