Ingredients:
Dates(seedless) - 25
Almonds - 1/2 cup
Cashews - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 spoon
Ghee - 2 spoons
Procedure:
Dry roast cashews, almonds and dates separately.
Grind them to fine paste.
Now add cardamom powder, ghee and mix well.
Take lemon size balls and make modak shape.
Repeat the same for remaining paste.
